He Waiwai Nui ka Lokahi aka E Ala! E Alu! E Kuilima!

"There is Richness and Strength in Unity, so Arise! Come Together! Join Hands!"

The Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement (CNHA) and the National Coalition for Asian Pacific American Community Development (National CAPACD) are excited to annouce our joint 2007 Convention!

Communities United! is the first national gathering between two key community development organizations that will bring together Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders to share our collective progress, find common ground and strategize together.

The Convention is one of the largest gatherings in the country of community -based practitioners, organizers, policymakers and advocacy agencies nationwide. Hundreds of organizers, housing and economic development organizations and social service providers gather to share ideas for comprehensive solutions to community empowerment and revitilization.
