SHOP HAWAIIAN THIS HOLIDAY SEASON
Native Hawaiian Pop-Up Mākeke at Windward Mall open for the holidays. Nov. 26 – Dec. 28
A special holiday mākeke (marketplace) is being hosted at the Windward Mall in Kāneʻohe and features clothing, jewelry, home accessories, bags and more produced by Native Hawaiian and locally owned businesses from across the pae ʻāina. The storefront named I Mana Ka ʻŌiwi will have its grand opening on Nov. 26 and will be open for business till Dec. 28.
Vendors featured in the mākeke will include Aloha Modern, Ari South, Kini Zamora, Maile Girl Designs, Noho Home, Mamalani, Warrior Printing, Salt Water Heals, Ilihia Hawaiʻi, Courage Cotton, Nā Hauʻoli Lima, Everything Maoli, Kapu Creations, Keiki Department, Ipo’s Creation, Waiono Designs and many more.
The mākeke supports Native Hawaiian entrepreneurship and economic self-sufficiency and is being supported by the Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement, Kamehameha Schools, the Office of Hawaiian Affairs and the Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce.
